Kryon Just Hired Its First-Ever Chief Marketing Officer

Posted by Francine Haliva on Oct 9, 2018 8:48:10 AM

Amid the rapid pace of new products, features, and valuable resources that we have introduced in 2018, we are happy to announce another first for us at Kryon: We recently welcomed Julie Shafiki as our first-ever chief marketing officer (CMO).

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the world of high-tech marketing, Julie brings with her a unique combination of expertise and motivation to spread the word about our unparalleled RPA and Process Discovery solutions. She previously served as CMO of cybersecurity software company Safe-T, following leadership roles at high-tech companies including Voyager Labs, Tufin, Lumenis, Comverse, and PowerDsine. Over the course of her career, she has specialized in executing results-driven marketing plans and creating both strong marketing teams and go-to-market strategies.

Now, she is eager to solidify Kryon’s status as a leader in the worldwide RPA market – leveraging her expertise to grow our brand awareness, product marketing, demand generation, and field marketing initiatives. Most of all, she aims to let companies around the world know what our RPA and Process Discovery solutions can do for them.

“RPA is one of the most transformational technologies to impact modern business. It’s already emerging into the mainstream technology conversation,” she says. “Upon meeting the Kryon team, I was so impressed by the company’s innovation and RPA capabilities that far surpass those of its competitors. I look forward to bringing Kryon to every enterprise wishing to identify and optimize process execution within their organization.”

Her arrival follows another recent first at Kryon: In late July, we welcomed former Automation Anywhere COO Richard French as our first-ever chief revenue officer (CRO). The addition of both C-level executives follows this year’s launch of Kryon Process Discovery™, the only solution created by an RPA provider that automatically identifies and evaluates work processes that are well suited for automation – all while creating fully functional automation workflows.
