CCW Europe, part of the Customer Contact Week (CCW) event series, was held this week in Amsterdam. Over 300 attendees were there to get the inside scoop on the latest customer contact developments from around 70 expert speakers, as well as to take advantage of some amazing networking opportunities with the industry’s movers and shakers.

In this year’s hard-fought CCW Excellence Awards, Kryon was honored to take second place for vendor with the most Disruptive Technology of the Year, coming in just behind PolyAI. The other contenders were Guuru, Ocado and Cosmote. Congratulations to one and all!
